These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Race Cockpit mobile application and related services (“Service”). By downloading or using Race Cockpit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) About Race Cockpit

Race Cockpit is a motorsport-oriented application providing lap timing, telemetry visualization, performance statistics, and related features for track and racing activities.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3) Accounts and guest mode

You may use Race Cockpit in guest mode without creating an account.
Some features (such as cloud synchronization or restoring purchases) may require creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4) Offline usage

Race Cockpit supports offline usage. You can record and view sessions without an Internet connection. Some features require connectivity (such as cloud sync or account management).

5) In-App Purchases and subscriptions

Race Cockpit may offer paid features via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices and availability are displayed in the App Store.

Payments are processed by Apple, not by Race Cockpit.
We do not store your payment information.
Subscription management and refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store terms.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to interfere with the Service’s operation or security
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law

7) Motorsport and safety disclaimer

Race Cockpit is provided for informational and performance analysis purposes only. It is not a safety system and must not be relied upon for driving decisions.

You are solely responsible for your conduct, safety, and compliance with track rules, laws, and regulations when using the Service. Use of the app while driving is at your own risk.

8) Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

9) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time, including adding or removing features.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Race Cockpit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

12) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
